Bahan :
• Buah Nanas 100 g ( potong dadu )
• Blewah 4 sdm
• Cendol 5 sdm
• cincau hitam 6 sdm ( potong dadu )• Kolang kaling ( rebus, belah jadi 2 )
• Tapai singkong 100 g
• Sirup secukupnya
• Susu Kental manis secukupnya
• Es serut
• Air es


Cara membuatnya :
• Siapkan gelas saji yang lebar, masukan potongan cincau, buah nanas, kolangkaling, tapai singkong, cendol, kelapa serut dan blewah.
• Siram dengan air es, tambahkan es serut lalu siram dengan sirup dan susu kental manis.
• Es Campur segar siap dinikmati.
